John P. Neblett

John Neblett, Of Counsel, focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and creditor rights. His experience and qualifications make him one of the most capable bankruptcy attorneys in central Pennsylvania.

John is one of only a handful of central Pennsylvania attorneys who is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. He has been appointed as a Trustee by the US Department of Justice to review all consumer bankruptcy filings for the Middle District of Pennsylvania that originate in Cumberland, Mifflin and Centre counties. John also has ten years of litigation experience in all aspects of federal bankruptcy and consumer litigation.

He is a sought after speaker on current bankruptcy issues for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the National Bankruptcy Institute, and Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association.

John is a retired Air Force Officer, and he enjoys spending time with family, playing trumpet, kayaking, and fishing.
