John P. Neblett

John Neblett directs Reager & Adler's bankruptcy and creditor rights practice area. His experience and qualifications make him one of the most capable bankruptcy attorneys in central Pennsylvania.

John is one of only a handful of central Pennsylvania attorneys who is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. He has been appointed as a Trustee by the US Department of Justice to review all consumer bankruptcy filings for the Middle District of Pennsylvania that originate in Cumberland, Mifflin and Centre counties. John also has ten years of litigation experience in all aspects of federal bankruptcy and consumer litigation.

During his years of practice, more than 15,000 individuals have told John their stories and entrusted their futures to him.

He is a sought after speaker on current bankruptcy issues for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the National Bankruptcy Institute, and Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association.

John is a retired Air Force Officer, and he enjoys spending time with family, playing trumpet, kayaking, and fishing.
