Since its formation in 1979, Reager & Adler's construction law practice group has been a cornerstone of the firm. For more than 25 years, we have provided legal representation to contractors, public and private owners, developers, subcontractors, architects and engineers, and sureties. We represent clients on matters involving transportation facilities, airports, heavy and highway construction, convention centers, schools, libraries, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, hospitals, prisons, underground utilities, and postal facilities.

Reager & Adler attorneys frequently speak to groups such as the Associated Builders and Contractors, and at programs sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the American Arbitration Association, and Lorman Educational Services on issues relating to construction law. Our attorneys are active in the Forum Committee on the Construction Industry, the Public Contract Section, the Construction Litigation Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's litigation section, and other professional organizations. Our attorneys have also taught at various law schools in Pennsylvania.
