Office Hours

The firm is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of most federal holidays. Settlement services are sometimes scheduled outside normal office hours.

Telephone Calls

The receptionist is available to direct your call to the appropriate individual. All calls are routed through the receptionist with the exception of our real estate settlement coordinators, who have direct dial numbers. Phone extensions can only be dialed when the office is closed or if the auto attendant answers for the receptionist during normal business hours.

Scheduling Appointments

If you wish to schedule an appointment with an attorney, we recommend that you contact his or her assistant for available times and an explanation of any fees associated with the consultation.

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are not encouraged, as the appropriate staff may not be available to meet with you.
