Wayne Martin joined Reager & Adler in 2008. Prior to passing the Bar, Wayne was a licensed Professional Engineer. This dual background provides an added dimension to the firm’s Land Use, Zoning, Municipal Law, and Construction Law practice areas.

In nine years with Gannett Fleming, Inc., Wayne worked as a structural engineer on projects for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, and District of Columbia Departments of Transportation. His most notable projects include the Bedford Narrows Bridge rehabilitation, a curved concrete arch bridge carrying S.R. 30 over the Juniata River; the Hoboken Viaduct rehabilitation; and the Miami-Dade Expressway, an extension of S.R. 836 in southern Florida that utilizes curved steel box girders with spans up to 300 feet long.

In his time away from Reager & Adler, Wayne is a member of the Harrisburg Hunters’ and Anglers’ Association and the Harrisburg Area Road Runners Club.
