John Pietrzak joined Reager & Adler in 2005. His prior experience includes six years as a trial attorney for the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. John’s desire to enter private practice, particularly in the Litigation area, made Reager & Adler an excellent fit.

John’s experience in Liquor Law has allowed him to build a niche practice within the Litigation group. He is one of the few practicing attorneys in the Central Pennsylvania area with hands-on experience on both sides—regulatory and consumer—of liquor law issues. John has represented Liquor Licensees in enforcement proceedings before the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and has also counseled tavern and club owners on the ramifications of Liquor Law statutes. John’s experience dovetails with the Commercial Real Estate practice area in matters involving the purchase and sale of businesses and liquor licenses, as well as matters that deal with drafting, negotiating, and enforcing commercial lease agreements.

In addition to liquor law, John focuses on the areas of Commercial and Construction Litigation. He represents contractors, subcontractors, and owners in disputes involving delays and disruptions, payment and change order disputes, mechanics’ liens, and contract negotiations.
